岗位职责:

1、 给排水消防工程管理；
2、 负责消防设备、设施操作、点检、保养，维修及维护的系统维保商管理，包括现场工作质量监管、操作规范符合性监管、相关项目监督、费用类评估意见等；
3、 负责消防系统维修保养的组织工作和技术监督，保证施工质量，协助解决施工中出现的重大问题；
4、 消防系统维修及升级改造，参与和配合甲方做好消防系统的验收工作；
5、 建立公司消防安全档案，制定并执行消防安全管理制度；
6、 负责园区消防图纸资料及维修档案归档；
7、 负责消防设施设备的正确使用指导和再培训；
8、 负责完善内部与消防设施安全使用、工程管理、维护管理机技术资料归档有关管理制度；
9、 年度消防安全工作规划，并监督规章制度的落实，负责有关报表工作；年度消防演习的技术指导工作。

任职要求：

1. 消防、暖通、给排水等相关专业；
2. 5年以上消防专业（设计审核、现场验收和检查、维护管理）相关工作经验，或不少于5年5万平米以上项目消防运营工作经验。
