保持暖通设施等设备正常运行，不影响校园运营
规范维保单位工作标准，保证作业安全，提高工作效率及质量
及时发现并处理暖通设施等设备异常
及时处理维修工单及响应紧急维修需求
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
职位职责
负责空调系统/给排水/锅炉等设备的日常管理及异常分析并解决，确保各系统稳定运行
负责制定上述系统操作指导书、岗位规章制度及应急预案等文件、保养计划及内容，包括委外维护工作的协调安排及过程确认，及其问题追踪并解决，提交相关维护报告
检查及指导技术员该类系统的操作、维护、故障处理及其他技术指导
负责或参与上述系统维修及改造项目评估规划，施工实施及确认验收
及时响应报修工单，并及时处理紧急工单
完成上级主管交办的其他任务

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
大专及以上学历，暖通类相关专业；能看懂英语资料或简单会话
精通冷冻机、冷却塔、空调箱、热泵系统等系统的原理及控制，能独立处理系统设备故障
熟悉机械与电气、电路方面相关的知识，及机械设备的维修
能看懂图纸，会使用制图及常用的办公软件
工作态度端正，良好的沟通能力，能承受较大工作压力
