Are you a Facilities Engineering expert passionate about building GMP‑compliant, high‑performance technical environments? Do you thrive in complex projects, cross‑functional collaboration, and fast‑paced growth?
If yes — we want to meet you.

🔍 About the Role

As a Facilities Engineer, you will lead and support the design, development, and optimization of our supply chain and bioservices facilities. You’ll own projects from concept to completion, ensuring our infrastructure meets operational, regulatory, and safety standards.

This role is key in scaling our global footprint and enabling advanced logistics, controlled‑environment operations, and pharmaceutical‑grade services.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Lead facility design, planning, and improvement projects (expansions, retrofits, utilities, infrastructure upgrades).

  • Develop and maintain facility layouts, MEP documentation, SOPs, and engineering standards.

  • Manage vendors, architects, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Track project budgets, timelines, risks, KPIs, and documentation.

  • Support GMP‑compliant environments, including environmental monitoring, utilities, and critical systems.

  • Conduct feasibility assessments, risk analyses, and process optimization for new services or facility changes.

  • Collaborate daily with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Logistics, and Bioservices teams.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in facility, engineering, or project management roles (regulated industry strongly preferred).

  • Experience with GMP facilities, medical device, biopharma, or cell & gene therapy environments.

  • Strong skills in project management, budgeting, vendor management, and cross‑functional communication.

  • Solid understanding of utilities, infrastructure, layouts, cleanrooms, cold chain, and environmental controls.

  • Proficiency with CAD tools (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

  • Excellent communication skills in French & English.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

✨ What We Offer

  • A hybrid / remote role with regular travel between our Belgian (Liège) and French (Paris) sites — ideal for those who enjoy mobility and variety.

  • The opportunity to work for a global, fast‑growing, and mission‑driven organization, directly connected to corporate teams while staying deeply rooted in operational reality on the field.

  • A truly varied and dynamic role, where you'll translate strategic decisions into operational execution — and equally act as the voice of the field by bringing local needs and insights back to senior leadership.

  • A real coordination role, interfacing with multiple teams, countries, and functions — perfect for someone who enjoys being at the center of projects and decisions.

  • An attractive compensation package, including extra legal benefits such as meal vouchers, equity and more !

  • A supportive, collaborative, and multicultural environment where your input has a direct and visible impact on operations and strategic direction.
