DESCRIPTION:
Join us as a Facilities Coordinator II and contribute to global science and healthcare. In this role, you'll ensure smooth operation of our facilities while supporting our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. You'll coordinate essential facility services, maintain building systems, and create an optimal work environment for our teams. This position combines facilities management expertise with customer service excellence, requiring both technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
 

Key responsibilities:

•Ensure the daily operation of the office runs timely and smoothly.

•Manage access control and security systems to ensure a secure working environment.

•Be responsible for the day-to-day facilities-related operations of the office, including visitor reception, courier service management, the purchase of office supplies.

•Coordinate with the landlord and property management to maintain good cooperation and ensure facilities issues are resolved smoothly.

•Manage service providers to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly working environment.

•Respond to facilities-related emergencies as needed.

Education and Experience:

•  Good standard of education

•  A professional with a university diploma

•  4+ years of Facilities/administrative experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

•  Good organizational and time management skills

•  Confidence to handle sensitive information and data effectively

•  Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results

•  Good written and oral communications skills
