Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator Level 3/4 to support our facility maintenance/engineering team on site at our Clearfield, Utah location this if for A-Shift 9x80 schedule with everyother Friday off.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include partnering with the maintenance team to source, order and procure parts and supplies for the department. This individual will be responsible for administration of the purchase requisition process which requires working closely with the supply chain and procurement personnel. This individual acts as liaison between service providers, contractors, vendors and the members of the maintenance group and supply chain personnel.

The selected candidate will coordinates the construction, installation or rearrangement of equipment and building facilities and/or equipment and machinery maintenance for assigned area. Maintains contact with and directs contractor representatives and assists in resolving discrepancies in design specifications. Verifies labor expended and materials used and inspects projects for conformance to engineering standards and codes, building techniques and safety practices. Estimates percent completion of projects and advises designated individuals of cost status.

Job Duties:    

  • Administer purchase requisition process (PR).

  • Source, order and procure MRO items.

  • Administration of department P-card purchases.

  • Coordinate terms and scope of work with vendors and service providers.

  • Coordinate account details of vendors with Supply Chain personnel.

  • Examines and facilitates vendor accounts and agreements.

  • Assists with contractor scheduling.

  • Maintains contact with and helps to direct the work of service providers.

  • Help verify the completion and acceptance of work provided by contractors.

  • Also includes Tool Crib Attendant activities such as: receives, stores, and issues tools, machine tool fixtures, dies, and measuring devices.

  • Maintains records of tools issued to employees; takes periodic inventory and requisitions stock as needed; reports damaged, worn out, or missing equipment using computers to enter transactions, validate information and maintain database.

  • Cleans, oils, and performs minor repairs on equipment; disposes of surplus or obsolete equipment in accordance with established procedure.

  • Ensures that measuring devices are periodically calibrated

Basic Qualifications

Facilities Coordinator Level 3:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of related work experience. 

  • Experience in coordinating with workers, contractors, management, and customers.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams.

  • Must have ability to work with little or no supervision.

  • Must have ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security clearance.

  • Must have ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).

Facilities Coordinator Level 4:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of related work experience. 

  • Experience in coordinating with workers, contractors, management, and customers.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams.

  • Must have ability to work with little or no supervision.

  • Must have ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security clearance.

  • Must have ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with purchasing and sourcing maintenance and repair items and services.

  • Experience with accounting practices and statement reconciliation.

  • Experience working in and demonstrating lean manufacturing principles.

  • Experienced with continuous improvement concepts.

  • Experience using Maximo asset management program.

  • Demonstrated expertise as a maintenance technician.

  • Detail oriented and able to understand facility and team goals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of the SAP system.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Primary Level Salary Range: $44,400.00 - $74,000.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
