Job Description:

The Role: 

Our site in Ambler, PA is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The Facilities Coordinator will support safe, reliable, and compliant operation for multiple sites in our Specialty Chemicals group, coordinating facility maintenance, vendor services, document control, training and purchasing activities.  

 What You’ll Do: 

Facilities  

  • Track utilities and gases monthly. Report monthly usage to SLT.  
  • Work with Facilities to support on time PM compliance, completion of work order requests and identify opportunities for 3rd party support.  
  • Coordinate 3rd party calibration and PM services in adherence with PM schedule. 
  • Support Facilities and PM documentation  
  • SAP PM: Release and complete orders in SAP PM as needed.  
  • Coordinate building access, security, and facilities onboarding needs. 
  • Maintain facilities documentation, inspections, and compliance records. 

Document Control   

  • Support document creation and revision in alignment with Entegris document control guidelines.  
  • Site level review of documents for template, revision, quality, required approvals and compliance to Entegris standards.   
  • Drives Document Control process across multiple sites. 
  • Supports end users by facilitating document control process, providing feedback and training, and resolving discrepancies.    

Training   

  • Drive consistent and effective training processes and completion across sites.  
  • Assign Site Level Training Roles according to Job and Level. 
  • Represent SC sites for Entegris Training Admin meetings. 
  • Maintain required documentation to support training completion or certifications applicable. 

Purchasing 

  • Maintain direct purchasing role, supporting Ambler direct materials and acting as backup Buyer for other SC sites. 
  • Maintain inventory minimums for direct and indirect critical items. 
  • Indirect purchasing to support Facilities and maintain critical inventories.  
  • Monthly vendor evaluation. 

 What We Seek: 

  • High School Diploma or GED  
  • 7-10 years of administrative, purchasing or database administration experience.  
  • Working knowledge of EHS and facility compliance requirements. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. 
  • Proficiency with SAP  
  • Familiarity with PM programs, work orders, and contractor coordination. 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
