THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION IN OUR BOSTON OFFICE 5 DAYS PER WEEK.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

Corporate Real Estate & Facilities manages the daily operations that keep company offices professional, functional, and welcoming. The team partners closely with internal associates, building management, and vendors to support meetings, events, and workplace services that enable employees to work efficiently. Joining this group offers hands‑on exposure to workplace operations, visibility across the business, and the opportunity to deliver a high‑quality workplace experience.

HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE

  • You will greet visitors and guide them to meetings professionally.

  • You will confirm meeting rooms and setups for the next business day.

  • You will schedule visitors and associates using the Enterprise Management System (EMS).

  • You will coordinate catering and communicate setup needs to Maintenance, entering orders into the Catertrax system.

  • You will schedule audiovisual and Microsoft Teams support requests.

  • You will manage visitor and daily parking requests in EMS.

  • You will produce daily setup reports for the catering team.

  • You will notify administrative staff when clients arrive and escort as needed.

  • You will monitor reservation requests and respond to inquiries.

  • You will support conference center events as needed.

  • You will prepare weekly and monthly catering billing reports.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

Experience & Skills

  • 1+ years of related customer service experience.

  • Self‑starter who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment with a strong commitment to deadlines and teamwork.

  • Highly organized and process‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with employees, tenants, and vendors.

  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $48,000 – 50,000 depending on level of relevant experience.
