WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Preventive and corrective maintenance management: Ensure that all building systems operate optimally.
Supervise technical staff.
Project development.
Operational cost optimization.
Building management.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
+ 5 years of previous experience
Supplier and contractor management.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.
Preventive and corrective maintenance management.
Problem-solving.
