How you’ll make an impact

As a Facilities Analyst, you’ll help ensure FCC’s physical and digital environments are safe, secure, inclusive and supportive, enabling employees to efficiently perform their responsibilities.

You’ll be part of the team that delivers technology and physical workspaces that meet industry, business and employee needs – and works with internal stakeholders and external partners to shape the employee experience and create an exceptional hybrid workplace.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to and solve facilities service requests
  • Analyze budgets and provide reports
  • Manage and validate invoices and payments
  • Participate in procurement and contracting activities
  • Help plan and execute facilities-related projects
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors and landlords to resolve issues

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in administration, business or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in facilities management or customer service (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Solid knowledge of facility management principles, budgeting, forecasting and project management
  • Proven expertise in customer service
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using SAP
  • Knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience analyzing various data sets
