Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Bupa Campus leadership and development programmes for senior individual contributors, managers, and leaders across Bupa’s global markets.
  • Deliver high-quality sessions both in-person and virtually, using practical exercises and case studies.
  • Conduct engaging live learning sessions, applying experiential methods
  • Adapt your approach to meet the needs of culturally diverse audiences.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve programmes and enhance learner experience.
  • Support internal faculty development through co-delivery and coaching.
  • Collaborate with design teams to refine and create learning content.
  • Build strong relationships with participants to maximise engagement and outcomes.
  • Represent facilitation in design reviews and discussions on learner data.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in facilitating leadership and professional development programmes.
  • Skilled in both virtual and face-to-face delivery, with a track record of engaging learners.
  • Ability to tailor content for different audiences and business contexts.
  • Familiarity with facilitation tools and virtual learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to enhance programmes through facilitation insights.
  • Confident working with internal leaders and faculty as part of the delivery model.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation.
