The Boeing CompanyFabrication South Carolina (FSC) is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager (Level L) to lead & provide support across our Interiors Responsibility Center South Carolina (IRCSC), Fabrication South Carolina Aerostructures (FSCA), and Emergent Operations South Carolina organizations while primarily based in Ladson, South Carolina. Supporting our nearby Fabrication South Carolina Aerostructures (FSCA) site based in Orangeburg, South Carolina will require travel as needed.
You will lead & manage teams of external and internal facing Supply Chain Management Analysts, supporting business unit initiatives that enable production rate increases, plus delivering to our Boeing Global Services (BGS) commitments.
This role requires effective partnership with Leaders across FSC and performing as an active member of the Fabrication Division Fulfillment team. You will be responsible for discovering new opportunities and solutions for business problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes, standard work and efficiencies to operate as OneBoeing Supply Chain.
The successful candidate is someone who will effectively inspire, motivate and lead teams, understand the strategic aspects of the organization and associated initiatives, work in a complex organization, and demonstrate knowledge of company and multiple functional subject areas to meet supply chain management goals & our internal and external customers’ expectations. You must be able to translate strategic goals into clear tactical actions understandable to the team.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages, leads, coaches, develops, and inspires employees
Collaborates and fosters relationships with customers, stakeholders and direct reports
Leads strategic initiatives for developing and optimizing inventory planning and synchronizing supply chain demands
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Implements and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices to improve supply chain performance
Leads efforts to maintain compliance, problem solve, mitigate risk and resolve issues to program
Manages daily performance and progress against established KPIs
Possesses and encourages others to have a mindset of Safety and First Pass Quality
Influences the teams to exhibit Boeing Values and Behaviors
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
5+ years of experience leading, directing, or managing personnel
5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
Experience using all the following Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s or advanced degree
5+ years of experience demonstrating business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
5+ years of experience with materials planning and/or inventory control process role in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience leading strategic process improvements/initiatives
Experience with safety and quality processes
Aerospace or manufacturing experience

Summary pay range: $133,450 - $180,550
