As a Senior Manager and Fabric Solution Architect at PwC, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust, end-to-end data platforms for enterprise and public sector clients. Leveraging Microsoft Fabric and the Azure ecosystem, you will architect solutions that transform how organisations manage, integrate, and use their data to achieve business outcomes. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deliver enterprise-scale data platform solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake Storage, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Databricks, and related services.

  • Lead technical design, data modelling, integration strategy, and end-to-end solution implementation for large and complex data modernisation programmes.

  • Oversee delivery quality, ensuring solutions are reliable, secure, compliant, and optimised for performance and scalability.

  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams—including data engineers, developers, and cloud architects—to deliver against project goals and timelines.

  • Ensure best practices in data governance, security, metadata management, and operational readiness are applied across all solutions.

  • Support technical pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, proposal development, and architectural presentations for prospective clients.

  • Stay current with advancements in Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and data platform technologies, continuously bringing innovation and improvements to client engagements.

Your Profile

  • Familiarity with healthcare data environments, EHR/PAS systems, and relevant regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.

  • 10+ years’ experience in architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise data platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Fabric and Azure-based solutions.

  • Demonstrated expertise in solution design using Azure Data Lake Storage, Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks, including data lake, warehouse, and lakehouse patterns.

  • Hands-on experience with technical leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in the implementation of large-scale, cloud-based data architectures.

  • Strong understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, real-time data ingestion, and modern analytics platforms on Azure.

  • Proven track record in delivery assurance, quality control, and optimisation of complex data systems for performance, security, and compliance.

  • Experience translating complex business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable solution architectures.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Experience leading and inspiring teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore
