Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• FE Wafer input & output request from customer demand.

• Drive & align Ops team output plan to rolling 5 weeks shipment demand
• Resource plan including  allocation plan of key tool & forecast to outside production (CM & Lumentum UK FAB)
• FE KPI of MOCVD plan: Monitor the KPI to ensure the effective MOCVD schedule
• Substrate management & plan

Expected Background & Skill

• A Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or related field.
• Programming skills, knowledge about IC process and logistic flow are also preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
• At least 2 years working experience of Fab operation or production planning.
• Proactive working attitude, good communication, and presentation skills.
• Cross function/organization project handling experience is a plus.
• Good in English.
• Excel skill is must
