• As a shift engineer, responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of semiconductor process equipment to ensure stable tool performance and meet production requirements.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) to reduce unscheduled downtime.
• Conduct first-line issue analysis, troubleshooting, and tool recovery in response to equipment abnormalities or alarms.
• Work closely with Process Engineers, Tool Owners, and production teams to maintain capacity and quality targets.
• Analyze equipment data, alarms, and historical records to identify root causes and propose improvement actions.
• Assist with new tool installation, tool conversion, recipe verification, and mass production ramp-up.
• Manage and track spare parts and consumables to ensure sufficient inventory and proper usage.
• Prepare, update, and comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs), operating guidelines, and safety requirements.
• Ensure all activities comply with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and internal company regulations.
• Promptly report major equipment issues during shifts and perform effective cross-shift handover communication.
