Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Specialist Expediter to support the F-15 Qatar program at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar

Responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a diverse team of Flightline Avionics, Engines, and Electrical/ECS (Specialist) technicians, key in maintaining effective communication with other departments, and ensuring that all production processes align with the program's overarching objectives and requirements.  Effectively coordinates with Production Superintendent, Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), COMSEC Agencies, and other Expediters to effectively prioritize and execute the F-15QA CLS Team’s training, maintenance, and repair objectives.  Key leader responsible for the safe and effective execution of flightline aircraft maintenance production. 

This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Flightline Specialist technician safety and production, coordinates support, develops priorities, and engages in direct sortie generation receiving guidance & direction from the Flightline Production Superintendent.
  • Coordinate directly with Flightline (APG & Weapons) Expediters to achieve maximum results.
  • Ensure all maintenance is accomplished in accordance with Production Superintendent’s priorities.
  • Oversee all Flightline Specialist maintenance actions and ensure only qualified personnel perform aircraft configuration and maintenance operations.
  • Track F-15QA aircraft configuration, priority, and establish ETICs (Estimated Time In Commission) for all aircraft Specialist related system maintenance as well as aircraft configuration installation/removal operations.
  • Ensure all Specialist related scheduled/unscheduled maintenance is accomplished and coordinates with Pro Super and Flightline Expediter on all aircraft maintenance actions.
  • Follow established CANN procedures and ensure all CANNs are accurately documented in the aircraft forms.
  • Ensure parts are ordered with appropriate priorities and ensure prompt/timely turn-in of DIFM (parts Due In From Maintenance).
  • Maximize time on the flightline to oversee Specialist maintenance personnel during the performance of aircraft maintenance, aircraft configuration, and launch/recovery operations.
  • Require adapt people skills to motivate maintainers and achieve maximum results.
  • Key Boeing-to-Customer Interface and Focal; coordinate routinely with critical third-party entities, U.S. Government Representatives and the Qatari Emiri Air Force Customer.
  • Responsible for enforcing safety regulations & quality standards, troubleshooting relevant aircraft issues, and implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Proactively engage with subordinates to promote Boeing’s Values & Behaviors of Safety/Quality, People Focus, Trust, Ownership, and Innovation.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Coordinating with Boeing Field Service Representatives and engineering when required for aircraft related problem resolution.
  • Ensuring that all aircraft Specialist related equipment is properly maintained and operational, as well as managing/directing the maximum use of maintenance support equipment.
  • Preparing daily reports on team priorities, taskings, and productivity to Production Superintendent and management.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with fighter aircraft maintenance and/or management
  • Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience on military fighter platforms (F-15, F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-35, etc.)
  • Experience with aircraft Avionics, Engines, and/or Electrical/ESC systems

Summary pay range: $74,800 - $101,200.
