This is your opportunity to contribute to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program, one of the most advanced defense systems in the world. As the F135 Depot Maintenance Analytics Senior Manager, you will transform maintenance management processes by implementing scalable, repeatable, and efficient digital solutions. You will focus on rapidly delivering practical, short-term solutions while collaborating with the F135 program digital solutions team on long-term strategic initiatives. Your efforts will directly support F135 program objectives and align with Pratt & Whitney and RTX technology goals.
What You Will Do
Lead and present global depot performance metrics and key process indicators at the Depot Working Group
Refactor Excel-based forecasting and business models into scalable script-based solutions with efficient data models and architectures
Automate manual business processes by delivering near-term solutions, prototyping automation tools, and supporting long-term digital transformation initiatives
Lead data governance efforts for maintenance management analytics, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems
Develop and maintain reusable, scalable data products using the F135 data product developer platform
Lead the creation of automated reports to track global depot performance and conduct statistical analyses to inform continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with stakeholders and the Digital Enablement team to pilot advanced technologies (e.g., AI/ML, DBT) and integrate emerging tools into forecasting and business processes
Stay informed on cutting-edge advancements, identify opportunities to innovate, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives by developing new tools and analytics

Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics or Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) field.
10 years of data analytics experience, or An advanced degree with 7 years of data analytics experience

Qualifications We Prefer
Proven experience with majority of the following tools and technologies: SQL, Python, Power BI, Databricks, and Excel (including Visual Basic for Applications)
Previous experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and database management systems

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
