As a member of the F117 Program Management team that manages all aspects of the F117 engine program, including sustainment (maintenance) for over 1,250 F117 engines (installs and spares) powering over 270 C-17 Globemaster aircraft across the globe, the F117 Program Business Operations Manager will report directly to the Associate Director, F117 Program Business Operations and have the following responsibilities:
What You Will Do
Oversee F117 sustainment cost across multiple depots (engine overhaul shops) utilizing integrated proprietary cost data systems to inform depot and F117 program technical actions towards meeting long-term F117 program cost objectives
Support F117 Integrated Program Team (IPT) focused on Business Operations in tracking and auditing of F117 sustainment cost data to identify / understand variances that inform financial reporting and risk management
Collaborate with F117 IPMT members including program finance to compile F117 program financial risks and opportunities in support of monthly and quarterly financial reporting, quarterly contract estimate at completion (EAC) accounting, and annual long-range financial planning
Collaborate with F117 program team digital leads to support development of new and continue improvement of existing digital tools, dashboards, and automated reports to improve efficiency of business operations processes
Monitor business unit responsible for managing part repair process across depots and assess performance to contract deliverables
Interface directly with F117 program / depot finance teams to validate and audit service credit requests
Collaborate with program finance in managing B&P budget; and support program and depot finance as required in performing physical inventory audits

Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree
8 years of program management, finance, or engineering experience, or An Advanced Degree with 5 years of program management, finance, or engineering experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program / contract
Qualifications We Prefer
Aerospace experience
PMP - (Program Management Certification)

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
