Basic Functions

The employee performs general maintenance and labor tasks that support campus operations. Responsibilities include miscellaneous labor skills such as painting, light carpentry, furniture construction, and general light maintenance work.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and write and follow verbal instructions. Ability to operate motorized vehicles. Ability to climb ladders up and down and stand or stoop for long periods of time. Ability to carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
