Role Overview:
Support the External Workforce Management (eWM) function by driving operational excellence, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. Ensure efficient lifecycle management of external workforce resources and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vision & Strategy:
    Assist in implementing objectives set by leadership and provide analytical support to refine eWM goals.
  • Case Management:
    Oversee eWM requests and assure accuracy.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Support processes, market initiatives, and service quality improvements.
  • Data & Reporting:
    Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Process Improvement:
    Recommend and implement efficiency enhancements.
  • Standards & Training:
    Help establish best practices and deliver training programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment.
  • Lifecycle support:
    Manage planning, recruiting, onboarding, and off-boarding of external workforce resources.
  • Risk Management:
    Identify risks and resolve conflicts effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years
  • Language: English (C1 level)
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strategic mindset and proactive approach
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
    • Financial and operational expertise
    • Technical proficiency (MS Office, data analysis tools)
