External Sales Specialist – Industrial (Cutting & Welding, SpecGas, Cylinder Valves)

About the Role:

We are looking for an External Sales Specialist – Industrial to strengthen our sales organization in Poland.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing customer relationships within the Industrial segment, including Cutting & Welding Technologies, Specialty Gases, and Cylinder Valves.

You will work closely with distributors, project installers, and key stakeholders across the value chain to expand GCE’s market presence and deliver profitable growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers within the assigned territory

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand GCE’s market share

  • Develop and grow the Industrial partner network (distributors and project installers)

  • Identify and engage in public and private tenders and project opportunities

  • Achieve sales targets and ensure expected gross margin realization

  • Conduct customer visits, sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations

  • Handle complex technical customer requests, including project and tender quotations

  • Coordinate technical and commercial topics with internal teams across the GCE Group

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and actively manage the sales pipeline

  • Support pricing activities, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns

  • Provide technical sales support, consultancy, and post-sales service

  • Handle basic sales administration tasks and customer complaints when required

What We Are Looking For:

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience in industrial equipment sales, working with distributors and/or project installers

  • Understanding of industrial gas supply systems or experience working with gas companies is an advantage

  • Experience with large industrial projects and tender processes is preferred

  • Strong consultative sales mindset

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build long-term, trust-based customer relationships

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment

Requirements:

  • University degree: Engineering (mechanical, welding, or chemical preferred), or

  • Business degree with at least 5 years of relevant technical B2B sales experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar B2B sales role (industrial/technical equipment)

  • Very good command of English (internal and external communication)

  • Willingness to travel frequently within Poland

  • Valid Category B driving license

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

  • Location: Poland, preferably Warsaw
