Provide positive customer experience practices to cybersecurity
Performing cybersecurity incident response activities, including:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university or recent graduate with coursework or background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field, graduating on or after December 2026.

Excellent verbal and written skills and a willingness to apply them to documentation
Proactive approach and enthusiasm for problem identification and solving
Familiarity with Windows, Mac, Linux, and virtual computing environments
Understanding of networking fundamentals
Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
A strong appetite for continuous learning
Project and organizational competency
Proficiency in English
Desired
Coding and/or scripting - python or other languages
Knowledge of cloud environments - AWS, Azure, GCP
Familiarity with Incident Response Process, Mitre Att&ck, and Cyber Kill Chain
Basic understanding of Industry Standards in one or more of the following: ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-171, Cyber Essentials +, IRAP, NIS 2 (EU), German Security Concept, or similar
Technical knowledge and/or experience in information security, cybersecurity, systems administration, architecture, cloud, or other technical domain
Knowledge or experience working with Endpoint Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), or Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR)
