Develop, own, and execute tailored commercial advocacy plans for top External Experts, aligned to brand strategy and portfolio priorities.
Plan and deliver high-impact External Expert activities (e.g., peer-to-peer sessions, expert case reviews, speaker forums, congress engagements) that drive advocacy and peer influence.
Build and sustain trusted, two-way relationships with top External Experts; ensure interactions are documented and compliant with applicable standards.
Conduct field visits to gather and address actionable insights on clinical decision-making, challenges, and advocacy barriers.
Partner cross-functionally (e.g., Marketing, Medical Affairs) to align advocacy efforts with brand and organizational objectives.
Identify and remove barriers to advocacy (clinical, perceptual, access, behavioural) by co-designing mitigation plans with cross-functional partners and External Experts.
Maintain high-quality engagement reporting and insight capture in Veeva/CRM (or equivalent).
Monitor competitor activity and External Expert perspectives; provide timely competitive intelligence and tactical recommendations.
Ensure all external engagement is compliant with company policies, local regulations, and Medical/Legal/Regulatory requirements.
Act as an internal advocate and coach on expert engagement best practice, insight generation, and commercial execution

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Master's / bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related area; graduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a clinical background is highly valued.
Proven experience ( 5+) in pharmaceutical commercial, medical affairs, or KOL/external expert management in field-based roles, with success engaging top-tier experts.
Demonstrable track record influencing clinical practice, executing high-value expert activities, and contributing to brand commercial performance.
Experience using Veeva (or equivalent CRM) for expert engagement and insight capture.
Strategic, patient-focused, and commercially astute, with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent relationship building, influencing, and facilitation skills with clinical experts.
Strong planning and execution skills; comfortable working independently with frequent travel.
High integrity, with strong adherence to compliance and ethical standards.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 207,000 to PLN 345,000 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
