Reporting to the Renewals Ops Manager, the Extended Warranty Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end quoting process for server extended warranties. Working cross-functionally with internal sales teams, third-party vendors, and direct customers, this role ensures all service quotes are processed accurately and efficiently to maintain continuous IT coverage and support client retention.
Responsibilities
Monitor service contract lifecycles and proactively reach out to partners and customers ahead of expiring warranties
Generate, deliver, and manage accurate extended warranty quotes
Work directly with third-party vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to secure competitive pricing and verify hardware supportability
Partner closely with internal sales teams and Account Executives to align on account strategies, identify upsell opportunities, and assist in driving service renewal revenue.
Serve as the central point of contact between external vendors, internal sales staff, and direct customers to answer inquiries, clarify terms, and resolve any service coverage discrepancies.
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience working in a fast paced environment preferred
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Technical Skills: G Suite, Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce experience mandatory
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated and proactive
Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Target Base Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
