1. Prepare draft both the import-export customs entry according customer’s KPIs.
2. Check the accuracy on both import-export customs entry.
3. Check the accuracy on FTA Form.
4. Submit the import – export customs entry and Good control list to customs system.
5. Coordinate with CS team to ensure the accuracy on the Customs Entry.
6. Provide customer report to CS team.
7. Provide draft entry for entry amendment process.
8. Provide a letter amendment for entry amendment process.
9. Data Collection for Exp-Imp Customs Declaration for Customs Audit.
10. Attend the Training & Seminar with relating customs regulation and relating to Hs code or any privilege & new regulations.
11. Analyze, Excel & PDF invoice for data interface.
12. Document the knowledge (SOPs and presentations)
Required skills:
1. Knowledge of Customs Entry and Hs code and permit license.
2. Knowledge of privilege such as FZ, IEAT, BOI, 29 SECTION.
3. Communication skills

7. Ability sense to find the error on document.
8. Solution finding senses
9. Good in Excel for data interface.
Required experience and qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in customs brokerage service with Customs Broker Service Provider. Experience in Customs Entry & Hs code & Permit license.
3. Well understanding both Export-Import process.
4. Good in English.
5. Service mind, detailed oriented, good communication skills, working with minimum supervision and under pressure, hardworking and self-motivated.
