Job Summary: About the Position: Serves as the Foreman supervising work projects involving loading, assembling, packaging, renovating, modifying, breaking down, and demilitarizing munitions across 25+ production facilities.

Major Duties:

  • Plan work distribution, deadlines, and sequences for subordinate’s daily project.
  • Explain all work requirements, methods, procedures, specific hazards and safely precaution to all personnel.
  • Ensure all personnel, materials and equipment required for operations are at designated work sites.
  • Review work in progress and upon completion.
  • Perform performance management including but not limited to setting performance standards, scheduling and approving leave, counseling employees and position management.

Must possess the ability to perform common duties such as giving instructions to a number of employees in accomplishing trades and labor work associated with ammunition, explosives, and ammunition component production line operations. I can give relay instructions received from supervisor, demonstrate safe and proper work procedures, check work for compliance, and provide status reports. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
