Job Summary
The Product Marketing Manager will equip HP Media Network team with the tools, materials, and campaign assets needed to pitch and sell HP’s solutions. This role bridges marketing and sales by producing compelling, accurate, and brand-consistent sales materials, facilitating campaign asset creation, and developing enablement programs across display, video (CTV/OLV), programmatic, and digital ad formats. Furthermore, you will own marketing and promotional efforts across all applications & services, including forming a strategic plan to formally launch new ad solutions at industry events such as CES. A meticulous attention to detail is essential—both in crafting marketing copy and in managing an efficient, structured revision and approval process—to ensure all sales and marketing materials meet HP standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement Development
Create and maintain a centralized toolkit of pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, playbooks, and objection-handling guides with flawless attention to formatting, data accuracy, and branding.
Develop proposal templates and RFP response frameworks, ensuring precise, error-free content.
Maintain an organized version control and revision tracking process for all enablement materials.
Marketing Content & Campaign Support
Draft high-quality, persuasive, and error-free marketing copy for sales presentations, digital ads, and custom landing pages. Ad copy and landing page content requires a deep understanding of what Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) want to achieve with their campaign initiatives.
Partner with BD & Design teams to ensure messaging accuracy, brand tone consistency, and regulatory compliance across all formats.
Manage feedback and revision cycles for marketing collateral, ensuring timely updates and approvals.
Produce tailored client-facing collateral for campaigns, demonstrating careful proofreading and quality control at every stage.
Create engaging social media content promoting Ad Solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with product and data teams to translate technical ad capabilities into clear, client-ready copy.
Work closely with marketing to deliver precise and targeted campaign assets, managing revisions to keep teams aligned.
Support events and client presentations with carefully reviewed, polished materials.
Interface with HP Global Marketing to plan and execute major promotional events (e.g. CES)
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor the usage and effectiveness of enablement materials, identifying areas for content improvement.
Proactively gather feedback on copy clarity, campaign messaging, and asset design to refine materials.
Maintain a clean, updated archive of all materials with tracked revisions.
Qualifications:
7-10+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, B2B/B2C marketing, or advertising sales support
AdTech background and familiarity required
Proven ability to produce clear, compelling marketing copy across multiple ad formats/solutions.
Strong attention to detail in writing, design, and fact-checking.
Experience managing the marketing content revision process, including version control, stakeholder feedback incorporation, and approval workflows.
Familiarity with digital display, video (CTV/OLV), programmatic, and emerging ad formats.
Skilled in creative and campaign management tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce).
KPIs & Success Metrics
Accuracy and quality score of delivered marketing materials (tracked via internal review processes).
Number of updated and approved materials supporting ad solutions
Strategically plan & execute successful formal launch of new ad solutions at industry events such as CES
Efficiency and turnaround time for revision cycles.
Sales team adoption rate of enablement tools and assets.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
