以下为支持Expert活动的实习生工作内容: a. 讲者新增/维护与COI新增/更新:Luban & Fiori 在2个系统中完成讲者新增/更新,并持续跟进进度: 1、Luban中发起讲者新增/维护或COI新增/维护流程; 2、若讲者选择线下完成新增或信息更新,实习生需要将支持材料上传至Luban; 3. 将支持材料上传至Fiori,并跟催审批; b. 赞助会预付款申请 & 核销 1、整理预付款申请资料:PO单、盖章合作协议、日程、招商函、会议通知、预付款申请表格、SEMS截图; 2. 将支持材料邮件发送至P2P,完成预付款申请; 3. 扫描发票并在发票上注明:PO号,申请人以及P2P的邮箱、“冲预付”; 4、将发票快递至财务中心; c. 下PO:赞助会议、讲课费、采购类 d. 讲课费报税 1、填写讲课费报税表格; 2. 将报税表格及核销照片邮件发送至P2P,完成讲课费报税申请; e. 打款情况跟进 1、跟进赞助会、讲课费、其他采购类po打款情况; 2. 联系P2P提供打款凭证; f. 接收快递&协议盖章:讲者协议、会议合作协议 1、按协议类别,准备盖章支持材料: 会议合作协议:HCO在库截图、SEMS截图、POA审批记录、法务&合规对合同的确认邮件(如修改条款); 讲者协议:HCP在库截图、SEMS截图、POA审批记录; 2、填写盖章申请表,并按要求发送盖章申请邮件; 3. 盖章; g. 更新实习生教程:按照公司最新要求,更新实习生工作教程和链接
