Job Description:

CACI has an outstanding opportunity for select Expert Geospatial Map, Chart, and Geodesy (MC&G) Engineer that wants to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their talents and experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment in support of US Special Operations Command.  The opportunity is limited to those that have the operational and technical experience, and skills to effectively apply geospatial practices in support of real-world operations.  You will be an integral part of a selective professional geospatial team that is directly part of the operational planning cycle to support mission success.  This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization located in Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities:

You will perform advanced level collection, catalog, storage, and utilization of hardcopy and digital geospatial intelligence data to support Special Operations mission in the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze targeting methodology. Plan, coordinate, and develop digital GIS schemas, layers, databases, and applications utilizing state-of-the-art methods, practices, techniques, and equipment. Evaluate availability and technical adequacy of existing digital data generated by government agencies. Serves as a technical advisor for the development and implementation of GIS data integration plans as part of an overall GIS strategic plan. Demonstrate a capability for geospatial and intelligence data management within a variety of OGC compliant applications and databases and act in a project lead role. Shall be highly proficient in utilizing GIS applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Conducts research, trains, documents, and implements geospatial data warehousing methodologies to support new and emerging data storage, retrieval, hardware, and software technologies.

Specifically, the Geospatial Intelligence Analyst will be responsible to maintaining digital geospatial data on multiple networks, managing ingestion of data into web applications for query, processing, and dissemination; and managing hard copy and digital geospatial data supporting JSOTFs engaged in combat operations throughout the world. Duties include, but are not limited to, processing, validating, managing, forwarding, reconciling, printing, producing, and disseminating MC&G requirements and responses. Implements technical and digital geospatial intelligence processes to foster sharing and collaboration of MC&G information. Shall demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to brief superiors and customers on technical matters.


Qualifications:

Required:

•            Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
•            Shall perform advanced level geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis in support of Special Operations missions with regional and point analysis products to support Find Fix, Finish, Exploit, and Analyze Targeting methodogy
•            Have 8 years of progressive experience with complex and timely geospatial, topographic, and imagery analysis techniques, data management, and methods of ground feature and remotely sensed data, to include general

experience in the fields of targeting, collection, and geospatial methodologies to solve complex intelligence problems. Shall demonstrate proficiency in geospatial and intelligence data management within variety of OGC compliant appcations and databases
•            Evaluate availability and technical adequacy of existing digital data generated by government agencies.
•            Technical advisor for the development and implementation of GIS data integration plans as part of an overall GIS strategic plan.
•            Capability for geospatial and intelligence data management within a variety of OGC compliant applications and databases and act in a project lead role.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 - $163,800
