Experiential Technician and Sales Associate - Netherlands

At TaylorMade Golf, a global leader in golf innovation, we’re looking for an Experiential Technician & Sales Associate to help us bring our brand to life through exceptional events and strong account relationships across the Netherlands.

About the Role

This hybrid role combines two key responsibilities:

  • Experiential (80%) – Plan, organize, and deliver TaylorMade’s custom fitting events, ensuring every experience reflects our premium positioning and meets business objectives.
  • Sales (20%) – Support the Area Sales Manager by servicing agreed accounts, identifying new opportunities, and driving territory growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute experiential events across your territory, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer engagement.
  • Provide premium custom fitting experiences that showcase TaylorMade’s innovation and precision.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design event plans and communication strategies that drive attendance and impact.
  • Manage budgets, promotional materials, and reporting to evaluate event performance and ROI.
  • Support sales activities including account servicing, pre-book orders, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of TaylorMade products and fitting technology.
  • Travel extensively within the region and occasionally internationally.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of swing mechanics, club fitting, and fitting systems (TrackMan, GC Quad).
  • Proven experience in the golf industry, ideally with event delivery and sales exposure.
  • Passion for golf.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to balance customer experience with business objectives.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating event and sales performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
