We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a growing environment and is excited to help shape the future of our hospital.

About the Role

Our CSRs are the heart of our client experience. As one of the first faces clients see and one of the last voices they hear, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every visit feels smooth, supportive, and personalized.

We are looking for someone who can step into the role with previous veterinary reception experience and who brings a strong sense of ownership and professionalism to the work.

What You’ll Do

  • Warmly welcome clients and their pets, setting a positive tone for each visit
  • Manage phones, triage client questions, and route calls appropriately
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Guide clients through estimates, invoices, and payment processing
  • Maintain and update medical records and client communications
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe hospital environment
  • Support a team-centered culture while also working independently with confidence

You’ll succeed here if you’re:

Experienced

  • Prior veterinary CSR/reception experience is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with veterinary terminology, workflows, and client interactions

  • A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be asked
  • Able to identify what needs to be done and take action
  • Confident working autonomously without constant oversight

Growth-Oriented

  • Adaptable and excited by change
  • Quick to learn new systems, processes, and client-service approaches
  • Interested in helping us refine and elevate our client experience

  • Reliable, collaborative, and communicative
  • Able to support teammates and contribute to a positive hospital culture
