Job Description & Summary
Join us as a Senior Technical Recruiter at PwC Slovakia, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting hiring needs across multiple regions, primarily EMEA. As a strong technical recruiter with full life-cycle recruiting experience, you will lead proactive sourcing and manage stakeholder relationships for recruitment processes in technology and information security domains. Your expertise will ensure effective sourcing strategies and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the growth and success of our global projects.
Recruiting & Sourcing:
Leverage 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within professional services, to actively source and screen candidates for technical roles, including Information Security.
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn and other job boards to proactively manage candidate pipelines.
Regional Coordination:
Serve as the primary coordination point for EMEA, liaising with other resources and territory recruiters to facilitate recruitment processes.
Ensure seamless communication and manage job posting requests across applicable territories.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, setting clear expectations and conducting intake meetings for new recruitment requests.
Validate and align job descriptions to meet role needs and expectations.
Process Management:
Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining compliance with recruiting processes and timelines.
Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated full life-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical recruiting.
Coordination Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and coordinate with diverse teams.
Relationship Building: Excellent skills in communication and relationship management. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
Independence: Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguous situations with minimal oversight.

Salary: From 1900 EUR/month
(For candidates with many years of experience, the salary is negotiable based on experience and proven seniority.)
