The Boeing company is seeking an Experienced Sustainability Analyst located in Hazelwood, Missouri or Arlington, Virginia to join our Global Sustainability Reporting and Governance team.

The Global Sustainability Reporting and Governance is a part of the broader Global Enterprise Sustainability (GES) organization. The team leads and governs sustainability reporting and risk, including sustainability regulatory policy tracking and advocacy; preparing the company's sustainability reports to meet regulatory, customer and stakeholder requirements; and manages the compliance, operational and strategic risks for the GES organization.

The team is looking for a dynamic, engaged professional to support cross-functional reporting initiatives and risk integration activities. The role includes supporting the operations and integration of the team and working with internal colleagues at all levels and external stakeholders to advance the team’s overall impact. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as an integrator between Global Enterprise Sustainability (GES), Government Operations,  Boeing Global and other functional partners including working across time zones, most often between US, Australia and EU, but may include others.

  • Organize and lead business cadence to support GES risk management processes including status meetings, stand-ups, and reporting cycles; maintain clear documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.

  • Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and standards; continuously improve project management processes and tools.

  • Project manage Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Compliance Risk Management (CRM) processes for GES.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Development, Global Law, Corporate Audit and Corporate Finance for ERM & CRM and deliver GES risk deliverables timely and accurately.

  • Support the internal International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG) activities.

  • Support other integration efforts of GES activities that advance our regulatory efforts (e.g. supplier chemical declarations, climate risk assessments, etc).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency with project management tools.

  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and corporate risk frameworks.

  • Experience in multi-tasking and working in a team environment.

  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both written and verbal English.

  • Ability to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Pay based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $96,050-$139,150
