Salary: Up to £54,267 DOE (inclusive of market supplement) Plus: £4,500 Welcome Bonus

As an Experienced Social Worker in the Assessment and Intervention Team, you will:
Lead on high‑quality assessments to identify risk, need, and strengths
Work directly with children and families to create safe, sustainable change
Manage a varied and dynamic caseload with autonomy and support
Collaborate with multi‑agency partners to ensure coordinated and effective planning
Contribute to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
Champion inclusion, diversity, and child‑centred practice across all work
Relevant Social Work qualification
Completed ASYE
Active Social Work England registration
