Experienced Service Advisor

Monterey BMW is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. What You’ll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate repair timelines, estimates, and updates clearly
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in through vehicle delivery
• Maintain accurate records and follow dealership processes
• Help drive customer retention and CSI performance

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required
• BMW or luxury brand experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy service environment
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and repair order processes
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off individual sales, individual gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approvability, customer pay per labor per RO, and flat rate hours.

The annual estimated earnings range is $64,500.00- - $161,800.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and location.
