Experienced Service Advisor
Garden Grove Hyundai, newly integrated into the Lithia & Driveway family, is seeking a customer-focused, experienced Service Advisor to join our growing service team. What You Will Do
- Greet customers and guide them through the service process with professionalism and care.
- Write repair orders, provide accurate estimates, and ensure clear communication between customers and technicians.
- Utilize CDK to document service needs, updates, and repair recommendations.
- Maintain high CSI scores through exceptional follow-up and customer communication.
- Work closely with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely and accurate repair completion.
- Support a smooth, efficient service lane while maximizing opportunities for sales and customer retention.
What We’re Looking For
- CDK experience required — candidates must be comfortable navigating and managing workflows within the system.
- Kia or Hyundai dealership background is a strong plus.
- Proven success as a Service Advisor in a high-volume dealership.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair fundamentals.

The Monthly Estimated Earnings Range for this position is $5,375.00 - $13,483.00.
This is a performance driven position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation which includes Commissions off Individual Sales and Individual Gross Profit, and bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and flat rate hours.
