Boeing SAP CoE (Center of Excellence) is currently looking for Experienced Senior SAP Functional Specialist (Offer To Cash) to join their Core Functional team.

This position will be located in the US preferably in Seattle, WA (or) Dallas, TX (or) Hazelwood, MO (or) Philadelphia, PA, Miami or Jacksonville, FL

This position will focus on implementation of large-scale SAP programs and support of already implemented SAP programs based on S4 HANA.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects and developers to implement SAP projects.


Position Responsibilities

  • Define and lead configuration strategy and solution patterns for reuse, scalability, and maintainability across S/4HANA.

  • Lead Offer to Cash value stream with SAP S/4Hana transformation programs, with accountability for end-to-end process, design and solution

  • Drive O2C scope across the full lifecycle including sales master data, contracts and proposal management, order management, pricing, delivery, billing/invoicing along with integration with FI-AR, and cash applications

  • Support ATP/aATP, delivery relevance scenarios, and ensure end-to-end order fulfillment integrity when relevant to Dassian-enabled use cases. 

  • Understand process models and cross value stream impacts while designing O2C solutions

  • Deep hand-on configuration and work closely with Business and SAP technical teams

  • Strong understanding of using SAP BTP, BRF+, integration with Dassian and connected FI-AR systems

  • Experience leading O2C value stream using SAP Activate methodology while driving fit-to-standard workshops, business process designs/documents, fit/gap and RICEFW assessments, testing, deployment and post go-live activities

  • Showcase and implement latest out of the box SAP S/4Hana capabilities while working closely with the Business and cross IT teams.

  • Ability to lead functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.

  • Comfortable working in complex, transformation environments with multiple cross dependencies.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline with technology qualifications.

  • Hands on configuration, create and maintain architecture artifacts, FDDs, test strategies and cases (SIT/UAT/Performance), runbooks, and operational playbooks.

  • Mentor and enable functional teams, junior architects, and third-party integrators on S/4HANA best practices, drive knowledge transfer and readiness for sustained operations.

  • Leverage Fiori apps to operationalize SAP S/4 O2C processes.

  • Troubleshoot O2C functional and integration issues, coordinate with ABAP/development teams for technical fixes, and provide integration guidance across SD, MM, FI.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with stakeholders, lead workshops and create high-quality documentation.

  • 12+ years configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Offer-to-Cash (O2C) solutions with a minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in S/4HANA projects. 

  • Hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA O2C processes leveraging accelerators, templates, and conversion tools.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay process flows, master data conversion, and cutover procedures in S/4HANA transformation programs

  • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into conceptual and detailed solution designs, writing functional specifications, coordinating development (ABAP/API), managing transports, and executing test strategies (SIT/UAT/performance). 

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills; experience working with international, cross‑functional teams. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15+ years of SAP end-to-end configuration and implementation experience

  • Dassian integration knowledge with SAP S/4 O2C solution

  • Understanding of aerospace & defense business processes preferred.

  • Familiarity with Fiori extensibility, CDS views, and S/4HANA analytics for Sales, and finance reporting. 

  • Led complex and extensive 3+ full lifecycle SAP S/4 Hana implementations for the commercial and regulated industries.

  • Knowledge of integration patterns between S/4HANA and SAP or third-party components (e.g., P2P, TM, EWM, tax engines, portals).

  • Proven expertise in SAP interfaces: BTP, EDI, RFC, IDoc, REST/OData APIs, and middleware integrations between SAP and non‑SAP systems (payment hubs, tax engines, e-invoicing platforms). 

  • Experience with SAP AIF, BTP and work with Development team

Philly, Seattle, Dallas, Miami - $135,900 - $170,000

St. Louis/Jacksonville - $126,900 - $160,000
