Our Payloads organization is responsible for everything you see when you fly; and a lot that you don’t: The Interior of the airplane, along with the Lavatories, Galleys, Cargo compartments, exterior markings, associated systems, and cabin safety all make up Payloads. We enable our airline customers fulfill their mission and represent their brand.
In this role you will:
· Lead and manage projects across the full engineering lifecycle—from design through build, test, certification, and delivery.
· Create and maintain clear, integrated project schedules that keep teams aligned and focused on key milestones.
· Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to define requirements, track progress, resolve issues, and keep everyone coordinated.
· Analyze project performance, risks, and opportunities, and provide meaningful updates and recommendations to support decisions.
· Help improve how we manage projects by enhancing tools, processes, and best practices.

What you bring to the table:
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Avionics, Aerospace, Aeronautical and Manufacturing Engineering) or higher degree in engineering
5+ years of experience in Aerospace industry, including design, integration, and/or certification or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience
5+ years of experience in program or project management, leading project and/or program proposals of varying complexity (including development and execution of schedule milestones, resource assessments, risk and/or issues management)
Additionally preferred skills:
Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Knowledge: You can makes use of and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts.
Problem Solving: You can develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. You can also refer to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance. You are assertive in asking for information needed to perform your statement of work.
Tools: You can demonstrate expertise with navigating Microsoft suite of products
Personality: You are a principled, reliable professional who values integrity, safety and accountability, always striving for the highest standards of quality and ethical conduct. Inclusive and collaborative by nature, you communicate transparently, respect diverse perspectives and take ownership to drive results the right way.
