Lonza has an opening for an experienced Pharmaceutical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bend, Oregon. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the detailed operation of our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring that we continue to produce life-changing products. You will begin with a six‑month training program on day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). After training, you will move to a night shift schedule with rotating weekends. Night shift receives a 15% shift differential pay increase while working nights.

What you will do
Troubleshoot and maintain equipment, utilities, and facility systems to support operations.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain compliance at all times.
Review and provide written feedback on maintenance procedures, forms, and records.
Support internal and external audits through accurate maintenance records.
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment drawings during maintenance activities.
Partner effectively with colleagues across manufacturing, utilities, labs, and contracted services.
Participate in on‑call rotations and support after‑hours needs when required.
What we are looking for
High school diploma or GED required; technical certificates or degrees preferred.
Certificate or training in mechanical technology or related technical field, or strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and competence.
Understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read diagrams and technical documents accurately.
Strong math, reading, and computer skills for daily tasks.
Experience working in a GMP environment is helpful but not required.
