Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Facilities Analyst to join our team in SeaTac, WA.

The Maintenance Analyst will provide advanced technical and administrative support to the BGS Maintenance and MEO team. This role requires a detail-oriented, resourceful, and independent professional who can manage scheduling, track work completion, analyze maintenance data, and help ensure timely execution of all scheduled maintenance activities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collect and log data from various systems, perform analysis, summarize findings, make recommendations and implement improvements

  • Work hand in hand with the Maintenance Manager and Equipment Maintenance team to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization's needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of contractual processes

  • Communicates with internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities

  • Research open work requests (via MAXIMO CMMS) and validate and confirm availability of labor and non-labor resources (e.g., tools, parts) and assets (e.g., machinery, material handling, equipment) to meet routine or complex customer service requests, acquisition and modification of assets, government requirements (e.g., environment, safety), and planned maintenance activities

  • Leads efforts to review, create, improve, and document processes and procedures related to Production Equipment Maintenance and Motive Equipment Operations

  • Leads or participates in meetings with other organizations to create and validate processes

  • Present gathered data reports to Equipment Maintenance teams and site leadership.

  • Review, create, improve, and document processes and procedures related to equipment operations

  • Uses project management tools and industry-recognized concepts to develop scope of work, budget, and schedules to achieve desired outcomes on time and within budget

  • Takes a lead role in collecting data from various systems to perform analysis. Identifies and analyzes deficiencies

  • Create and customize MAXIMO start centers and queries for the Equipment Maintenance team

  • Create, plan, and implement asset preventative work instruction for regulatory and standard work

  • Analyzes trend data to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop resolution plans for equipment, systems, and procedures

  • Analyze maintenance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement

  • Prepares and presents reports explaining options, impact, and recommendations Receives internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to equipment, and systems

  • Coordinates the processing of complex or unique requests to meet customer needs

  • Delivers process training and support the creation of training materials

  • Coordinates with internal training organizations and outside vendors as applicable

  • Performs problem resolution in support of business operations by investigating, developing and preparing alternatives, impact statements, and recommendations

  • Conducts studies and makes recommendations to support business operations

  • Provides input into budget development

  • Respond to audit requests for regulatory records compliance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Maximo or other computer maintenance management systems

  • 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Senior):

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, summarizing findings,

  • developing conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Senior):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

  • Experience with Facilities Operations or Facilities Management

  • Experience in data analysis

  • Experience using SharePoint

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 year’s related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range Experience: $84,000 - $119,000

Summary pay range Senior: $105,000 - $149,000
