The Finance Systems Operations Specialist provides planning, coordination, and analytical support to ensure effective execution of finance systems programs, events, and organizational initiatives. This role drives the team operating rhythm and strategy, tracks performance against plans, prepares leadership briefings, and delivers operational support to systems teams to enable timely, quality results and communication.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, organization and change management skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams to drive improvements and implement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, and budgets for Finance Systems programs and initiatives
Prepares and coordinates architecture of meeting content, leadership briefings, and technical/informational materials
Develops, maintains and improves the Finance System operating rhythm aligned with business objectives
Collects, synthesizes, and analyzes data from multiple sources to inform decisions and produce actionable insights and recommendations
Plans and facilitates logistics for large meetings, workshops, and events; ensures materials, facilities, and audio visual (A/V) needs are addressed
Tracks execution of project plans, monitors risks and issues, and communicates status, variances, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
Supports organizational facility requirements and coordinates cross-functional dependencies
Serves as a reliable business partner, anticipating stakeholder needs and delivering service with a focus on excellence
Promotes continuous improvement and innovation in processes, tools, and meeting designs
Travels up to10-15% domestically
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
Experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
Experience in researching, producing and presenting technical information
Experience in managing and facilitating meetings
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate critical events, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience as a change agent and ability to communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders
