Boeing’s Financial Analysis Center of Excellence (COE), part of Boeing Finance Shared Services, has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Financial Analyst (Level 3) in Seattle, Washington.

This position will support the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Parts & Distribution Services business. Working with Business Unit Finance analysts and leadership, program/project managers, and other stakeholders, the analyst will be responsible for providing actionable insight by developing budgets, completing financial performance/variance analysis, financial assessments, opportunity and risk management, and analytics/reporting development.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops resource forecasts for budgets and pools
  • Initiates analysis of budgets, resources, variances, performance, and other types of financial analysis
  • Provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management
  • Oversees and provide guidance to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) analysts who perform a subset of this finance statement of work
  • Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
  • Develops and maintains performance reports
  • Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including analysis of work completed, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
  • Develops business cases using appropriate indices

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
  • 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience with Finance Integration
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)
  • Strong presentation skills to Senior and Executive Management
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, time management, and workload prioritization skills

Summary pay range: $96,900 – $131,100
