In this role, you will be responsible for the reliability and continuous improvement of Mega plant electrical systems. The scope under your ownership includes electrical distribution from the main site substation (161kV) through Medium Voltage systems (22kV, 6.6kV) down to low voltage Centre , UPSs, Emergency Generator and VFDs , supporting safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. You will collaborate with local stakeholders and participate in alignment and technical review meetings with the Global Electrical Engineering teams, ensuring consistency with global standards, best practices, and working methodologies.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements for the role:
Education
• BSc in Electrical Engineering -required .
• MSc in Electrical Engineering - preferred.

Experience and Certification
• Relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer in industrial or large scale facilities.
• Israeli Electrical License: "Engineer - Hasmelahi Mehandes" - Required .
• Bodek Level 3 - preferred.

Required Skills
• Strong power systems engineering expertise, with solid theoretical background and hands on analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross functional and global teams.
• High leadership and influence capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge and experience with industrial communication protocols, such as: Modbus, IEC 61850, DNP3, Profibus / Profinet (or similar).
• Experience with SCADA systems, including monitoring, control, alarms, and system integration.
