We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Experienced Employee Development Specialist to coordinate the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Basics of Operations Leadership Development program in Renton, WA. This role will focus on managing the enrollment process, analyzing training data, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment Coordination: Oversee registration activities for the Basics of Operations Leadership Development courses, including processing enrollment change requests (e.g., drops, new enrollments, date changes) and ensuring employees have appropriate courses on their learning plans.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to training effectiveness, class fill-rates, and participant feedback. Generate comprehensive reports, including weekly enrollment updates and survey responses, to provide actionable insights for program improvement.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder teams to address complex employee inquiries related to enrollment, logistics, and course changes, ensuring clear and effective communication.

  • Performance Metrics Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of employee development initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations to management based on data analysis.

  • Logistics Support: Assist in scheduling classroom space, managing course materials, and coordinating with instructors (both internal and external) to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.

  • Outreach Initiatives: Conduct outreach to employees and facilitators to promote enrollment and gather feedback, enhancing the overall learning experience.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and/or recommendations to management

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills

  • Experience in a role that required interpersonal skills in a teaming environment where collaboration and communication are critical to the functioning of the team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Previous experience in employee development and training

Summary Pay Range: $90,950 - $123,050
