As a experienced software engineer, you will play a key role in designing scalable solutions, improving cloud architecture, and mentoring other developers.

Leading the design and implementation of complex features and services.
Driving architectural discussions and optimizations for our cloud-based ecosystem.
Ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
What do we expect?
Proven experience in software development.
Proficiency in C# with .NET Core and experience with C++ for performance-critical components.
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud-native development.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Kafka/EventHub, Terraform, and Helm.
Strong knowledge of databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL (Citus), Azure Cosmos NoSQL).
Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make architectural decisions.
Willingness to work in an Agile environment.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React.js - to be able to deliver end to end feature.
Experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code
Basic wage component (brutto): from 3500 EUR
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
* Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
