In this dynamic environment, we are searching for an Experienced Climate Change Professional (Senior Associate level) to join our team in Athens

Make a real impact 

  • Conduct climate risk assessments (including physical and transition risks) using scenario analysis aligned with global frameworks (e.g. TCFD)
  • Contribute to climate-related disclosures and ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., CSRD)
  • Support clients in aligning with EU Taxonomy Regulation, including eligibility and alignment assessments, and assist in reporting obligations under CSRD 
  • Research and interpret climate policies and regulatory developments to inform client strategies
  • Support clients in developing climate strategies, transition plans, and science-based targets aligned with global frameworks (e.g., SBTi, TCFD)
  • Perform GHG inventory calculations (in alignment with the GHG Protocol (Scopes 1, 2 and 3), as well as the international standards ISO 14064 and ISO 14067), and conduct LCA modeling, ensuring robust methodologies and quality assurance
  • Contribute to identifying carbon footprint reduction processes and developing carbon offsetting mechanisms, ensuring alignment with best practices and quality standards
  • Support nature-related risk and opportunity assessments aligned with TNFD, helping clients identify dependencies and impacts on biodiversity and ecosystems, and integrate findings into strategy and reporting
  • Utilize tools such as ArcGIS for spatial analysis and scenario modeling to support client projects
  • Contribute to proposals, presentations, and thought leadership pieces on climate trends and best practices
  • Manage project monitoring, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs

What you bring matters 

  • BSc or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • At least four (4) years of client‑facing consulting experience in sustainability, with hands‑on delivery of climate‑related projects such as carbon assessments, decarbonisation plans, or climate‑risk analyses
  • In-depth knowledge of national and European legislation on climate change and sustainability disclosures (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy etc.)
  • Proven expertise in climate risk assessments and climate resilience analyses. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret energy, climate and environmental data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Expertise in GHG Protocol (Scopes 1-3), ISO 14064/ISO 14067 and familiarity with assurance requirements
  • Experience in decarbonization program design, scenario analysis, and audit-ready reporting (TCFD/CSRD/CDP)
  • Familiarity with TNFD and nature-related risk assessments
  • Strong report writing, verbal and presentation skills in Greek and English with ability to review others’ work to ensure quality
  • Excellent knowledge of ArcGIS, and other environmental modeling/design software
  • Excellent critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to manage projects, mentor junior team members, and deliver to high standards
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
