We are expanding our digital organisation and seeking an Experience Design Lead to define, mature and govern the overall user experience across all customer- and partner-facing applications - including Satair Market, our new Dropshipment model, Satair Connect (API Portal), OEM Insights, Customer AI platform, and future digital products.
This is a senior, cross-platform experience role focused on strategy, structure and consistency
What you will do
Develop and maintain Satair's experience strategy, design principles and cross-platform UX standards.
Ensure a unified and coherent experience layer across Satair Market, Dropshipment flows, Satair Connect, OEM Insights, Customer AI platform, and other touchpoints.
Provide experience direction and guidance to product teams, designers and developers - ensuring alignment with UX strategy and quality standards.
Build and maintain a design governance model, enabling consistency, scalability and reuse across teams and vendor partners.
Drive the development and adoption of a cross-platform design system, ensuring long-term maintainability and accessibility.
Strengthen UX maturity by supporting teams with frameworks, sparring, reviews and structured methods.
Support user research and insight frameworks to ensure decision-making is grounded in evidence and user needs.
Work closely with Product Owners, architects and business stakeholders to clarify experience requirements, priorities and trade-offs.
Collaborate with brand, marketing and communications teams to ensure a consistent digital identity.
Ensure accessibility, clarity and usability across complex domains, including analytics dashboards and API/developer-facing experiences.
What you bring
Experience in a senior UX or experience-focused role (e.g., Experience Lead, Senior UX Designer, UX Strategist, Design System Lead).
Strong ability to set direction, create alignment and establish UX structure across multiple products and teams.
Experience with UX in e-commerce, analytics/data portals, API or developer-facing interfaces, and B2B digital ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to develop design systems, standards and experience frameworks.
Skilled at balancing user needs, business objectives and technical constraints on a strategic level.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Comfortable working with Product Owners, architects, designers and external vendors in an agile setup.
A structured mindset with the ability to bring clarity to complex environments.
