Experience Delivery Lead

Netherlands - Amsterdam Office Full time

The Experience Delivery Lead is accountable for planning, scoping and orchestrating all digital demand globally, including: 

  • New Product Development (NPD) launches 

  • Global and local digital campaigns 

  • Always-on, fast wheel business support 

  • Enhancements and cross-channel experiences 

This role leads a team of Delivery Managers who own delivery across all platforms (Dyson.com, Owned Digital, 3rd party retail, digital advertising and CRM) to ensure exceptional, insight driven digital experiences. 

The Lead Delivery Manager partners closely with Business Units, Group Marketing, including, Planning, UX/UI, Creative, Copy, Content Operations. Regional Merchandising Cluster teams and Markets, to ensure demand is captured, shaped, resourced and prioritised effectively, and that delivery teams have the clarity and structure needed to operate at pace. 

This role is both strategic and hands on, combining leadership, planning, operational governance, and continuous improvement across Digital Delivery. 

 

 

About the role:

  • Lead and manage a team of Delivery Managers, providing direction, coaching and development. 

  • Ensure workloads are balanced, priorities are clear and the team understands delivery expectations and success measures. 

  • Support individuals through risk management, decision making and stakeholder challenges. 

  • Champion high performing team behaviours and continuous improvement. 

  • Own the end-to-end capture, shaping and prioritisation of global digital demand (NPD, Campaigns, Always On, Enhancements). 

  • Oversee planning and scoping for all new briefs, ensuring clarity, feasibility, timelines, and resource implications are fully understood. 

  • Work closely with Group Commercial Planning to align digital demand with trading calendars, campaign cadences and business priorities. 

  • Accountable for accurate and efficient sprint planning and production planning across Experience Delivery. 

  • Align delivery timelines with cross functional teams (UX/UI, Creative, Copy, Content Ops, Markets, Platform). 

  • Drive development and rollout of improved ways of working across Digital Delivery, Experience, Creative and Commercial. 

  • Partner with Product Owner teams to ensure governance and communication between functions is clear and consistent. 

  • Champion Agile practices and ensure teams are adopting the right frameworks for the task. 

  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across Business Units, Group Marketing, Merchandising Clusters, Markets, and Product teams. 

  • Tailor communication for technical, creative and senior audiences, simplifying complexity and ensuring clarity. 

  • Provide regular updates on demand, prioritisation, planning status and delivery risks. 
     

About you:

  • 7+ years managing digital delivery teams and complex digital projects. 

  • Strong experience leading agile and non-agile teams. 

  • Proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage high volumes of digital demand. 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with experience navigating complex organisations. 

  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and creative teams and influencing at all levels. 

  • Emotionally intelligent, supportive leader who builds strong team culture. 

  • Highly organised, decisive, pragmatic and able to operate at pace. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Passionate about digital, innovation and best-in-class experiences.
