Join our Expense Management team as an Expense Analyst within our global Corporate Finance function in Hong Kong. You will support the firm’s expense framework across APAC, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in expense processing, reporting, and policy adherence.

Your future role at QRT:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm’s expense reporting and reimbursement processes for Hong Kong and other APAC entities.
  • Review, audit, and approve employee expense claims to ensure compliance with QRT’s global expense policy.
  • Escalate out-of-policy claims to management for review/resolution.
  • Support the administration and reconciliation of corporate cards, including statement reviews, payments, and exception management.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (e.g, VAT/GST reclaim rules).
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls around expense submission, authorisation, and reimbursement workflows.
  • Partner with the London Expense Management team on policy updates, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of procedures, ensuring consistency across regions.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on expense policy and best practices.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency in expense management tools and processes.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring accurate data and timely submission to Finance.
  • Assist in system testing and onboarding activities for any new expense or card platform enhancements.

Your present skillset:

  • Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in corporate expense management, accounts payable, or finance operations within a financial services or multinational environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Webexpenses or similar Expense Management Systems and corporate card processes.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with automation tools or SQL is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across regions.
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to identify and implement process improvements.
