This role is responsible to provide comprehensive and proactive support to the European distribution team and Eastspring Investment’s European clients, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities, client servicing in cooperation with the Singapore client service team, compliance, and internal coordination to drive business growth across all European markets and covered client segments.
Support the European sales team developing the European market, show entrepreneurship, creativity and perseverance
Support the European clients as well as our Third Party Marketers
Willingness to travel and work outside classical Luxembourg working hours due to time difference with Singapore headquarters
Close coordination with internal stakeholders, investment, marketing, compliance, operations and in particular the Singapore based client service team, to deliver prompt and accurate responses to client requests and support efficient sales execution.
Preparing and disseminating high-quality pitch books, presentations, commentaries and other sales materials, ensure compliance and regulatory standards.
Handle client queries professionally, escalating complex matters to sales managers, product specialists, internal stakeholders, as appropriate.
Actively support Request for Proposal process in cooperation with the Singapore RfP team and other stakeholders
Provide logistical and administrative support and prompt follow ups for client events, webinars, and roadshows, including invitations, registrations, materials preparation and follow ups.
Support investor relations activities, including coordination of investment reviews, dissemination of investment commentaries, investor notices, and corporate action communications to ensure clients are well-informed and regulatory obligations are fulfilled.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, meeting notes, contact details, and activity logs in CRM systems.
Assist in tracking sales campaigns, initiatives, and follow-through on client and internal action items.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1-3 years of working experience in asset management
Proactive, result and client oriented
A team player who can also work independently, hands on, showing entrepreneurship
Detail oriented and good organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication, English, French and other European languages
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
University Diploma / Degree or equivalent professional qualifications and willingness to progress
