[What the role is]
You will work in partnership with line departments, external stakeholders and vendors to plan and manage surveillance technology and deployment to ensure effective and efficient implementation of ground operations.
[What you will be working on]
You will be responsible for the following:
- Perform investigations work
- Conduct field surveillance and enforcement operations
- Attend to related feedback & enquiries
- Follow up on administrative task arising from investigations
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Experience in field enforcement and investigations
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- A good team player who is able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good report writing/presentation skills
- Keen interest in environmental public health
- Mature, independent and resourceful
- Able to withstand pressure and maintain a firm but professional stance
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work beyond office hours – nights and on weekends/ public holidays
